Satisfaction Policy:
Total satisfaction guaranteed. You may return within 30 days of receipt for refund (cost of item minus shipping and handling)

Warranty:
We warrant the equipment purchased to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

If EKKO's equipment fails because of defects (1) year from the date of shipment, EKKO will repair or replace the equipment, provided that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or modifications.

Items can be shipped back to our office for repair/replacement.

Shipping Policy:
We ship items the next day after the order is placed. Monday-Fridays. Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next Business Day.

All shipments are shipped by UPS or USPS. FEDEX and UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address for safe delivery.

If you would like to expedite the shipment (overnight, 2nd day) please Email us your address and we will provide you the rate.

*We can ship worlwide by USPS Global Express Mail (EMS). Please Email us your shipping address and we will quote you the shipping cost.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT") CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EKKO CORPORATION OF GEORGIA d/b/a EKKO LAB INC.("EKKO"). YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT" DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND/OR CHECK OUT PROCESS. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN YOUR PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES FROM EKKO EITHER THROUGH EKKO'S WEBSITE (THIS "SITE") OR BY YOUR SUBMISSION OF AN ORDER VIA PHONE, FACSIMILE,, MAIL OR OTHER MEANS, UNLESS YOU AND EKKO HAVE ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE SUCH SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EKKO'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, INDEMNITY OR TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EKKO LAB INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITIES), HOWEVER CAUSED, ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER OR NOT EKKO LAB INC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

2. EKKO MAY REVISE AND DISCONTINUE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AT ANT TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. EKKO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE LATEST DESIGN OR MANUFACTURED EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WHERE INTERCHANGEABILITY DOES NOT MATERIALLY AFFECT FORM, FIR OR FUNCTION. PARTS USED IN REPAIRING OR SERVICING PRODUCTS MAYBE NEW, EQUIVALENT TO NEW OR RECONDITIONED.
